I love a family shoot, whether it's in your own home or your favourite outdoor location. Children are playing, laughing and relaxed - which is exactly just how I want to capture them, with their personalities shining through.

I want to capture your family interacting and having fun. Choosing a familiar location, such as your usual Sunday walk across the beautiful countryside, or even in your own garden, encourages you all to relax while bringing more meaning to your images.

Have you ever looked at your family photos and realised there's always someone missing - the family member behind the camera? This is why I think booking a family session is so important – it means you’ll be able to look back at your images of when your children were little with everyone included.

Your family session includes:

~A 1 hour shoot at your chosen outdoor location or your own home within Warwickshire 

~Online viewing of your session images

~10 beautifully edited and enhanced digital images

Who is a family session for?

If you would like to capture some lasting memories of yourself with your children, then this session is for you. Whether your first-born has turned six months or is just about to embark on their secondary school education, there's always time to make some memories to look back on.

Where does the session take place?

I am more than happy to do your family session within your own home if you have lots of natural light. Otherwise, an outdoor session within your garden, the local park or in the nearby beautiful countryside is perfect. 

​

I don't live in Warwickshire. Will you still come to me?

Yes of course, I just ask for a travel fee to cover the cost of my petrol.

How long will the session last?

Normally around an hour but allow for extra time, as the length of the session is led by the cooperation of the children.

​

Will the session go ahead if it rains?

Unfortunately not. We will rearrange the session for a dry day – we want to make sure you all look your very best.

​

What should I wear?

Great question. I'll be able to give you some advice depending on the time of year - neutral colours look great and I suggest avoiding bright bold colours. 

​

Will my images be in colour or black and white?

Your images will mostly be in colour, but if you would like to a particular image in black and white, after viewing your completed gallery, please just ask. 

​

How many photos will be in my completed gallery?

Normally between 40-50, but this is dependent on the cooperation of the children. 

​

Will I be able to buy additional images?

Absolutely, you can upgrade after viewing your completed gallery. 

​

What happens after the session?

48 hours after your session I will upload a sneak peek image onto the client area of my website which is password protected. Within 14 days of your session you will be able to view your completed gallery and you'll be able to choose your 10 images that are included.

How do I book?

Please drop me a message to faye@fayesharpphotography.co.uk and I'll aim to get back to you within 24 hours. Remember to check your junk folder in case my reply has been sent there.

How do I pay?

I take a £50 non refundable deposit to confirm your session, and the remaining balance is due on the morning of your session. All payments should be made by bank transfer.
